    Whataburger fries do leave something to be desired. However, it's hamburgers on unbeatable. Schlotzky's, on the other hand, is not edible.

    Schlotzky's = divine.

    You're just weird.

    Hey, I don't cook worth a flip, either - mac and cheese aside - but that's no excuse, Clever.

    Worst fast food? Huddle House ... at least the other places have something interesting in their forms of grease and preservatives. Not this bunch.

    Read the book "Fast Food Nation" and you'll believe they're all the worst.

    I miss Schlotzky's, especially the soup.

    I worked at KFC in high school, so I try never to eat there. Same for Long John Silver's.

    I've eaten at all of these, and more.

    All of them suck.

    But at least we know that when we walk through the door, and can swallow that bit of vomit in our throat before yet again ordering a double valve-clogger, artery-busting fry and bladder-stretching Coke.

    I had a bad experience with Schlotzky's and have never returned. A youth trip to an MLB game was supposed to include eating in the stadium's home run porch eatery, but, the girls hijacked the idea and forced everyone to eat at Schlotzky's. Very sobering experience.

    Most dangerous to the digestive system - Long John Silver's
    Church's Chicken and Williams Chicken are both light years better than KFC.

  8. yep on Taco Bell

    i was on line once maybe 10 years ago, saw them making something -- squirting piles of sour cream or something out of a giant tube -- and nearly retched right there

    left & haven't gone back since

    Worked two-plus years at a Hardee's in high school and part of college. Still rarely eat french fries, and very infrequently order burgers ...

    As the official SportsJournalists.com spokeshack for Hardee's, I can tell you that it has vastly improved in recent years. They sell the best-tasting fast food burger. Period.

    I'll make a motion to give Subway the crown. I got a chicken pizziola sandwich a couple years ago and got the worst case of food poisoning ever. It's been at least three years since, and I'll never set foot in another Subway. No wonder Jared lost all that weight, he lost it all from ralphing everyday.
