    I thought Affleck did well in "State of Play." Better than I would have expected.

    Russell Crowe. Ben Affleck. Rachel McAdams. Hellen Mirren. Which name doesn't belong? But he held his own.

    I agree he's a lot better in supporting roles. He can't really handle a lead.

    Sir,

    I never believed him--not for a second--in State of Play. A mess of a movie but he was ridiculously miscast. A congressman? It is to laugh.
