    The criteria: each city has to have at least two teams (which explains why there's no Memphis, San Antonio, Portland, Columbus, Jacksonville, etc...) and this is poll is NOT about whether or not a city is a sports town, just for us to discuss/debate on how we view the fans. If Boston, Philly and L.A. aren't in the top five, I'll be stunned.

    Disparaging/condescending post from boots in 5...4...3...2...1...

    What, is it a requirement to vote for Atlanta? Hell, it should be a requirement to vote for either Boston or Philly.

    So why not rename this D_B site the I hate Boston/Philly fans site? Every time this subject comes up you have to trash Philly. Fine, we get it. You don't like Philly or the fans. Go back to New York.

    i didn't understand it on the other thread and i don't understand it now: why is Baltimore and D.C. grouped together?

    Who says I don't like Philly? Spent the best 5 years of my life (college) there and the fans do nothing but amuse me. Hell, sometimes I even root for the Iggles just for the hell of it. There's just something purely comical about the nastiness they exhibit, and hell, I think they take pride in the fact they are the toughest fans in sports. I think I saw a billboard on I-95 south for the Flyers proclaiming that their fans were voted the most intimidating in the NHL by the players. Now THAT'S saying something.

    But damn those people for getting that lousy Eagles fight song in my head! LOL
