  4. to put this in perspective ... only seven Americans have ever run that pace for a half marathon

    ryan hall, abdi abdirahman, meb keflezighi, dathan ritzenhein, mark curp, todd williams and khalid khanouchi (not sure if khanouchi was an american yet when he did it)

    14:35 / 14:38 / 14:50 / 14:47 / 14:51 / 14:46 / 14:38 / 14:29 to 40K so 6:25 or 4:35 pace final 1.4M
