I was watching the first period at The Goose and with about 30 seconds left to go, decided to walk home to watch the rest of the game.

Team Canada may be Tavares' team. And should he play the rest of the tournament in the same manner he's playing tonight, he'll be the No. 1 overall pick come late June.

 

4-0 for Canada halfway through the second. Tavares has three points.

 

As good as Tavares has been, Hodgson looks really, really good.

 

5-0 Canada and there's still six minutes left in the second. Czechs change their goalies.
