Wooden windows help

    I like living in an apartment complex for that reason, among others.

    When I get hung up I usually reboot, but you might have a virus.
    Oh wait ... not THOSE Windows.

    I don't mind doing things around the apartment, either, and I'm sure I won't mind when -- and if -- I become a home owner. But for now, I'll just sit back and enjoy making the phone call when my windows are stuck.

    2. Use a mallet, but place a board between the hammer and the window to distribute the nudges a little easier. Once you get them open, find some wax and rub it up and down on the slides to make opening easier.
