Veteran soccer writer will be in Frisco and Houston, Texas for the CONCACAF Women's Olympic qualifying championship from Feb. 10-21. Available for game stories and features. The most intriguing group match is the USA vs. Mexico on Saturday, Feb. 13. The most important match is the semifinals, which will determine the two teams that will qualify for Rio on Friday, Feb. 19.

I have covered all five Olympic women's soccer gold-medal matches and tournaments since its inception in 1996, so this isn't anything new to me.
