    Maybe they can kill two birds with one stone. Have a Red Dawn 2, then after the enemy is killed, have Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey dance to "I Had the Time of My Life" at the end.

    The big plot twist in the Red Dawn remake is the U.S. falls because a tax levy for the schools in Calumet failed, forcing a pay-to-play model for high school sports. Because of this, there are only four members of the football team. The rest of the students in the mountain can't adequately toss a grenade.

    Did they ever actually toss grenades in the film? I know there were some short-arm chucks but they really didn't use much in the way of grenades.
