    This thread seems to be a little early considering that winter doesn't start until Sunday. A thread on wintry weather might be in line considering the weather some folks are experiencing. But it's still fall!

    I've driven through the snow in central Illinois before and it's wonderful when it gets too cold for the rock salt to melt the snow.

    Supposed to be getting a mix of junk up this way tonight. I like snow, but I hate when it's a mix--it's just a total mess.
