Why is Life so Unfair?

What a way to come back from a couple of fun days of vacation...

I arrive at work only to hear a great friend (also knows my brother) and coworker was killed in a horrific accident last night in Spryfield (part of Halifax) and her boyfriend (who also works with me) was injured. A dump truck collided with their car and the Mazda 323 was destroyed.

Then another coworker's sister committed suicide and she was only 27. This is just horrible.

Why is life so unfair? Losing two great people who made such a delible impression and a great impact not just at our work place but in our community as well. We have lost two people that were part of our family.

What a sad and devastating day...

You've posed one of life's most puzzling questions, and while I have no answer for you, despite having attempted to conjure one a thousand time, you do have my deepests sympathies.

My best to you and yours.

My deepest sympathies. Unfortunately, if there is an answer to that question, I've never been fortunate enough to be made aware of it.

    Sincerest condolences.

    Jesus, that's awful. Condolences.

Like UT said, there are no good answers when stuff like this happens.

Your question is one of the first I plan to ask God when I get there one day. I'll have my recorder on, too, so it will be on the record.

My deepest sympathies. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Thank you everyone who PM'd me and sent condolences.

The last two days involved going to visitations and funerals and it was very emotional and sad. This has been a tough week but all your messages were much appreciated.

    Thank you again

    Sympathies...
And yes, there are times you have no answer whatsoever to that question.

My thoughts are with you, your friends, coworkers, and the families of those lost.

I wish there was an answer...there is not.
