    Hello All,

I recently became one of the latest litigants across the country who has filed suit against a university foundation for refusing to turn over public records. In my case, the records I have been seeking relate to a naming-rights agreement for the University of New Mexico's basketball arena, The Pit.

So you're here for feedback, or just hoping I'll click on the link and drive up your hit counts? Pass.

But you get an A for effort!

Got me to click, but I'm not contributing to his gofundme. Good luck with the lawsuit though.

I hope others follow suit, so to speak.
