I had a similar experience in college with the red STEREO light on my stereo.

That was one damned fascinating light, I tell you.

Wow ... will being a dope-head be this funny later in the life, when you mature?

    Even funnier.

Isn't there a Koran passage you need to misinterpret today?

My experience isn't that it makes you hungry, per se, so much as it makes food taste really damn good, thus causing you to want to eat it in large quantities. It's the same reason music sounds better when you're stoned - heightened sensory perception.

Hilarious. Have done similar. It's tough to chew when you sport the biggest shit-eating grin one could imagine and all you can say to your equally altered buddy is "Mmmmm"

There was a moment in 'Smiley Face' that really rang true to me.
Anna Faris is sitting in this living room waiting for Marion Ross, the mother of Faris' former professor, and she sees there's a framed picture of an ear of corn.
She thinks to herself 'Wow, he [the former professor] must really love corn.'
From there she starts on a great stoned tangent:
'That is so cool, just framing stuff you love.
'When I get home, I'm going to frame something I love.
    'What would I frame?
    'Lasagna. I love lasagna.
'You know who loves lasagna? Garfield.
    'That cat really loves lasagna.
'Maybe I should frame a picture of Garfield.
'Or I could frame a picture of President Garfield.
'People would come over and say "Hey Jane, why do you have a framed picture of President Garfield?"
'And I would say "Because I love lasagna."'

nothing said "munchies" in my college years like these four words:

    JACK. IN. THE. BOX.

nothing better than shouting your order at the clown at the drive-thru.
