    Ruckus: CBS has perhaps the best network drama in the Good Wife. The NCIS and CSI franchises and Criminal Minds Minds are considered quality. Big Bang is considered quality and HIMYM used to be. Not really buying your premise

    The Good Wife is the best drama on network television. So I guess CBS gets a cookie. It also get horrible ratings compared with the rest of CBS' formulaic, shitty dramas, including the ones you named.

    I don't grant the rest of your post. Considered quality by whom?
