    Big day, kiddos, big day. Anyone excited? Me, I been in the crapper all morning, Deb hadda bring me my bagel and Apple Jacks right there. And coffee, now it's all about the coffee, know what I mean? Sure ya do.

    And yeah, I know y'all got that baseball chat goin, but this seemed pretty special, so thanks. I know my mama would thank you too. And my kids. Well, some of the kids, not the one I beaned in the yard yesterday. Hell, a little ice, he'll be okay by the weekend.

    Hey Rocket. My shoulder been hurting lately. Messed up the rotator cuff and just keep messing it up more. I was hoping, you know, maybe you could strike someone out for me? Maybe that Mauer kid. I hear he's some slap hitting child.
