Bond. The double-life of Batman would be too much to deal with.

I would have to pick Batman. No one to answer to, not dependent on anyone else for money, and I could utter really cool and slick phrases as I'm wasting a bad guy.

 

The good thing about both guys is that the arch villains don't just cap 'em. They've gotta tie them down and try to cut them in half with lasers or turn them into giant popsicles or something.

So plenty of time to use some gadget to get away.

 

I'd rather be Jack Bauer.

Sure, sometimes you die (or cause loved ones to bite it) or get addicted to heroin or get sent to a Chinese prison, but you get to torture/kill people in really unique ways. And you always end up saving the world.

 

Unless you have Homer Simpson helping you out, as Hank Scorpio did.

 

Screw that. They guy never sleeps. At least Batman and Bond log some sack time.
