Who the heck is Fernandez?

    Another AP editing goof. The Dominican president is only identified as Fernandez on first reference. Come on AP, someone could do better.

    UPDATE: Notice a writethru changed the lede slightly and identified Fernandez correctly on first reference. Crossthreading with the Web site copy editing thread, this is just another example of copy being rushed onto the wire.
