Who is the best current college basketball coach other than Coach K.?

The criteria is so subjective it is hard to answer the question....

People are saying things like "this guy does more with less......"

Well, isn't recruiting a part of coaching?

Also -- the "If I was an AD and wanted to hire a coach and money was not an object......." is different than the original question as well because obviously Calhoun, Boeheim, K, Pitino, Bo Ryan, Roy Williams -- they are all probably too old to build a program or go through the process again....
