Quite a year for chokes in the NFL. Which was the worst?

I gotta go with the Broncos. All they had to do was win ONE game down the stretch to win the worst division in football. And they couldn't even edge out a team that was 4-8 a month ago.

    None of the above.

The small-market argument choked the most.

Wow, I think Dickens Cider separated his shoulder with that reach.

Broncos were three games up with three to play. That's it. That's the list.

I'd call you patently stupid, but I am fearful of the word "stupid" suing me for libel.

Bucs: 0-for-December. Closed out with 4 straight losses, including two losses at home to AFC West teams the past two Sundays. First team in the current alignment to miss the playoffs after a 9-3 start. All they had to do was win today in order to play next week.

    Ultimate neck grab.

    What a list.

Pound for pound, the easiest win in the motherfucking book, sorry about my potty mouth today, was the Bucs against the Raiders.

    Dude, the Raiders. At home.

New York Jets following the win over the Titans: 8-3.

In the last five weeks, including today's loss to Miami, the Jets went 1-4 and should have lost to Buffalo, if not for Dick Jauron's brain cramp. This is an organization that made $140 million worth of improvements in the off-season. And they're no better than 9-7? C-h-o-k-e, choke, choke, choke.

Gotta go with the Jets. After beating the Titans, everyone was talking about a potential all-New York Superbowl. That sure as hell seems like an eternity ago.

    Raiders finished strong.

Nah, it was just one troll on SJ claiming that.

The correct answer: still the Bucs.
