I actually think Weis might be a much better NFL head coach than he was at the college level.

Will he ever get that shot? Maybe not...

Oh, and while Whitlock may be a lot of things, he's nowhere even remotely close to being a racist.

Haley on Dwayne Bowe being throw to zero times.

"You have a game like that and one of the guys that you've ridden throughout the year appears to be uninvolved in the plan ... Again, we've got to do a better job of figuring out ways to get the ball in the hands of our guys that have consistently made plays."

Haley on that 4th and 1 call, a pitch to Charles that went for minus-five yards.

    "It was not a well-executed play, a well-conceived play."

Hmm... who could he be taking subtle digs at here? The departing offensive coordinator perhaps?

I bet Weis called a taxi mid-way through the fourth quarter to take him to the airport so he could fly to Gainsville directly after the game.

No, he's an attention whore, a character flaw which he has parlayed into great success and notoriety.

King in his MMQB has Haley getting a courtesy interview with the Steelers:

    8. Pittsburgh (12-5). The interview with Todd Haley for offensive coordinator was a courtesy interview. There's a sense Haley's too tough to get along with. That plus the fact that, on his way out of Kansas City, he implied to the Kansas City Star that the team was bugging his phone. Leveling unfounded accusations against your employer (and if there is anything to them, then let's have the proof) to the media is not a very good way to get a job in a league where other teams think those who own and run the Chiefs are good men

If Peter King told me the sun was shining, I would look outside and doublecheck.

No, he's not a racist. He's just a big fat man who has a lot of opinions that many people such as yourself want to hear, for whatever reason.
