'Whitey' Bulger arrested in Santa Monica

I don't think he testifies. I think it would be awesome if he did, but I don't think he will.

If he does, and they don't escort him out a private exit, but a public one.......he might want to have a cigarette.

 

So much for that.

MSNBC just said he will not testify.

I hear there's one they can't refuse.

 

They have to be deadlocked on Deborah Hussey. It's the one murder where you can say "Why in the world would he have even bothered? She was Flemmi's problem, not his."

I don't doubt he killed her, but it is the most obvious place where I can see the jury getting stuck.

 

Government "proved" guilt on 11 of 19 murder charges, jury ruled.
