Seven, actually. He struck out 10 in seven innings tonight.

    Anything else?

Great. What was he doing in the other twenty-eight?

Scratching his balls. But it really helped improve team morale.

The Cubs also stuck it up Sabathia's ass the one time he faced them in a series the Cubs wound up sweeping.

:-\ You know, I'm really glad there's no photo to go with that post, A_QB.

Actually, the Cubs were an errant Rickie Weeks throw from scoring just two off Sabathia in six innings. Thanks to the Weeks error, it was 4-4 entering the ninth, and the Cubs won with two runs off Torres. That's hardly "sticking it up Sabathia's ass."

    Just sayin'.

    Yeah. Fuck Rickie Weeks.

Something else in defense of Sabathia: Sheets has sucked in all but one or two outings since Sabathia arrived. Without Sabathia, the Brewers are around .500 right now.

No matter how the "prospects" in that trade do, the trade already had paid huge dividends in the Brewers' favor.
