"Misspoke about his passion" = was forced to quit b/c Ichiro the Diva wouldn't re-sign if Hargrove was still managing the M's.

No way Cincy touches Hargrove, at least not now.

Baker's safe for the season. Next year? Ask me next May.

Shit, I wish Hargrove would come back. Stupid Nintendo owning the Mariners... Go let the Padres be the gateway team to PanAsia. /bitterm'sfan

Of those two options you gave, I say Cleveland.

I know at least one Clevelander who would kick Hargrove in the nuts if he saw him, but he could not do any worse a job for the Indians than Eric "deer in headlights" Wedge.

Hey, say what you want about the guy but two World Series in three seasons after a 41-year drought ... Cleveland fans have little to complain about.

Oh I'm not criticizing the guy...just saying I know at least one Clevelander who thought he cost them those two titles.

Grover had his go with the Rangers. So not them, unless the old school brutha' really tanks hard out of the blocks in 2009.

When Maddux throws a 2-hitter and Glavine throws a 1-hitter ... ain't much the manager can do to stop it, that's for sure.

I'd be more inclined to blame him for ignoring Jose Mesa's cold, dead eyes. :D
