The world doesn't revolve around NYC. If you guys are truly so dumb as to now know which Reggie was on the Pacers in the late 90s, early 2000s, that's your ignorance. Look it up.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you didn't mean me, the guy who posted Reggie Miller's nemesis.

Thomas actually did a pretty decent job coaching last year. He might not be the most imaginative on end of game plays (give to Crawford and get out of the way), but the team played well for most of the year and very well at times.

Zeke the GM is another story.

He couldn't help but look brilliant compared to his predecessor, who was tanking games on purpose to rub the noses of his players and his president/GM (by some amazing coincidence, Isiah Thomas) in the fact he didn't get every single last one of the players he wanted, and the players he had weren't "playing the right way."

Isiah should be entered into the Hall of Fame instead winning this award, which he would dominate every year. Like how Modern Drummer moved Neil Peart into a "Hall of Fame" so someone else could win drummer of the year. Sucks at coach, GM, executive -- a triple threat! That offense he had with the Pacers -- the "Quick" -- in theory was supposed to take advantage of players' versatility by putting them in different positions, but the way he implemented it, it just confused the hell out of everybody. Plus, he was a total enabler for his players' worst instincts.

Although, I must add as a Pacers fanboy looser that Larry Bird is sinking quickly into the abyss. The 1986 Celtics -- spectacularly great team that made for spectacularly awful coaches and GMs.
