    Certainly a fair point, but don't tennis players sort of make this list by default since they're typically over the hill somewhere around 23?

    Duval's a good choice, but the vertigo/illness association makes me think that he's probably not eligible for the award.

    This might make Andruw Jones an even better choice. That is, unless one considers fatness an illness.

    I'm not sure about Baerga. Seems like the guy had a couple of decent comebacks, first with the Mets and then with Boston and Arizona.

    As for Alomar, that's a decent one, although he was in his mid-30s by the time he stopped posting numbers. Is age or getting off 'roids an acceptable excuse for falling off the talent cliff?
