We did this a couple of years ago and some of us decided the Web site was bullshit because it weighted Arkansas so heavily.

I think everyone on here but me got either Fayetteville or Little Rock. Good call, F_B.

Outside of the winters that last three months too long for my sanity, Madison, Wis., is an absolutely terrific place.

    I told my wife this.

When I retire, and am worth millions......we'll still have our house in Kansas, but I want a condo in Phoenix, and one in Vegas, as long as she has her little cabin in Montana.

I hate, hate winter. Could be 90 all year long for all I care.

which is funny because I've never been further west than Las Vegas in my life. Apparently I don't know what I'm missing. Although one of my friends is from Northern California and says I would fit in really well there. Weird. But I've also lived in one of the four places east of the Mississippi, and I did really like it. So that's good.

I see San Diego on a lot of lists, and damn it's nice. I lived in the Bay Area for a few years, then decided to get away for college. One of the best choices I've ever made. It's sad, some days. When I'm stuck in traffic, it's usually beautiful outside. I know I'm going to have to leave after I graduate (no jobs, no money) and it's killing me.

Is that so she'll have someplace to work on her manifesto?

I did the test and the results indicate I've reached a new level of suck. Oklahoma City came back as the No. 1 place for me despite the fact it is the Capitol of Dull.

No. 2 on my list is where I'm living right now (eight miles up the road, actually), and No. 1 is a little over an hour to the west. Averaging things out, I guess I need to move about 15 miles to the west.

My No. 1 says Richmond, Virginia.

    No. 2 says Orlando.

This list is full of fail.

Counting backward, you're either a) very old or b) a very, very, very old Confederate.
