Yes, there's North Jersey, North Jersey Shore, Central Jersey, South Jersey, South Jersey Shore and Rural South Jersey.
    Each very distinct.
I grew up in South Jersey, but my favorite Jersey region is South Jersey Shore.

Actually Buck, those of us in the North consider rural South Jersey to be Delaware.

I grew up in north Jersey near the Willowbrook Mall and now I'm down in central Jersey. I have to education those north Jerseyites that consider Trenton to be south Jersey.

    Trenton is definitely Central Jersey.

    However...
south of Mercer County, East of Camden, West of the Parkway = DELAWARE!

You're getting into Pine Barrens territory there, home of the Jersey Devil, that can't be Delaware.

If you want to consider Delaware south of Camden and west of the Turnpike, that's fine. :)

Basically, everything south of Exit 7A on the Turnpike and I-195 should be considered part of the South, while The Shore is it's own separate entity.

Hey now, Delaware is small enough and we like it. Don't be giving us parts of Jersey.
