When the SID doesn't call you back

    shittiest group of SIDs i've ever worked with come from arkansas.

    the best group is from UCLA. the folks at stanford also seem to go out of their way to make things easy.

    Boom. I do that all the time when I need something taken care of, as I myself often don't have all day to sit around and wait for a response.

    I also find it to be incredibly difficult at work, too, with all the e-mails sent back at forth, especially when I'm asked to fill in for an event that night. I mean, really - a phone call won't do at 11 a.m.? You have to wait until I log in to my web-based e-mail at 3:30 p.m. before I realize I have a game on deck that night?

    Phone calls are just much more efficient when things need to be taken care of.
