When columnists drink the Kool-Aid too often and for too long

I have not read, not will I, this column, but Smasher is right.

It's a terrible turn of phrase.

Which is an awful habit [cross-threading].

Technically, you only drink the Kool-Aid once.

Technically, it wasn't Kool-Aid that Jones had his followers drink.

  7. The only thing worse than reading that column is sitting in 2 hours of crawling interstate traffic only to reach an accident, which was cleared hours prior, and see that all everyone is doing is staring at a crumpled 1996 Kia Rio and then accelerating back to normal speed.
    Of course I look too.

All of us in that state have said that over and over.

Coming soon to a barf bag near you: The chuckleheads at Fox6 in Birmingham, along with Paul Finebaum, having breakfast at the Sabans! All morning long on the morning show! I expect it from blowdried foofs like Rick Karle; but Finebaum is supposed to be objective, ask him. And he's going to suck up to Saban for a fun time at breakfast on TV.
    Hypocrite, thy name is Finebaum.

    Very underrated book. Pretty eye-opening.

Didn't Finebaum do that last year, too? Maybe not the Fox channel, but I definitely remember seeing him and some other TV dopes on some back deck with Saban. Everyone on the "set" looked uncomfortable. Amazing TV. Ugh.
