Not to threadjack, but a colleague and I last week were throwing together lists of stadiums, football and baseball, and arenas we'd been to.

    Here's mine

    ARCO Arena
    America West Arena
    Key Arena

Not an impressive number, but I've gone for quality over quantity:

    Current
    Fenway Park
    Yankee Stadium
    Shea Stadium
    Camden Yard
    Tropicana Field
    RFK
    Wrigley Field

    Old
    Astrodome
    Riverfront
    Atlanta-Fulton County

    For football, new and old
    Miami
    Candlestick
    Minute Maid Park

    Current:
    The Jake

    Toronto (outing)

    Municipal Stadium

That's it. I have been to probably 3x as many minor league games in my life as I have major league games.

    Wrigley.
    Fenway.
    Old Comiskey.
    Old Busch.
    New Busch.
    Astrodome.
    Kauffman.

Metrodome for the '92 Final Four and Iowa-Minnesota football in 2002, but that doesn't count.

I figure once you've been to Wrigley and Fenway, that's enough.

Haven't been to the one in Washington, the new ones in St. Louis or Pittsburgh, but I think I've been to all of the others...

Shit, if being there for not baseball doesn't count my number ain't that impressive. I've seen a number of non baseball things at baseball stadiums.

But, playing by the rules (mixing old and new)

    RFK (a dump, dump, dump)
    Memorial
    Camden Yards
    The Vet
    Citizens Bank
    Shea
    Fenway
    SkyDome
    Fulton County
    Turner Field
    Sicks Stadium (suck on THAT!)
    Riverfront
    Three Rivers
    Jacobs Field
    Busch Stadium (current one)
Where the Marlins play - what's that called?
Olympic Park - was that the name of the Expos' place?

Want to do Wrigley before I die. Would like to see Coors and Petco, too, but it ain't crucial. BankOne and PacBell have hosted me for non-baseball events, as have the dump in Tampa and the Dome in Minnesota. I'm missing one here - shit, I'll think of it later.

That's the Holy Grail if we're playing by the rules of seeing an MLB game there. There were only 81 chances (assuming they played their full schedule).

    VERY impressive.
