OK, what Web site greets you every time you log on? If you have more than one computer, is it the same? News, sports, personal or something else?

How about your desktop photo? Any good meaning behind it?

Do tell. I'm supposed to be working but could use distractions!

Me: MSNBC.com and a picture of the SO on the desktop.

    Google. It loads quickly.

No photo on my computer. Just a blue screen.

I'll change my home page around some times. Right now, it goes to MSN.

I've used Yahoo's front page as my front page for over 10 years now and I can't function right if it's not.

As for wallpapers, that varies. Usually it's a TV show I'm currently jonesing (sp*) for or an inspirational picture like the beach/tourist skyline to remind me the world isn't as bleak as whatever crappy article I've got to write that day may make it seem to be.

I have three tabs that come up: Gmail.com, my work e-mail and SportsJournalists.com.

Yahoo. And my desktop is some glacial lake scene.

In the last year, I've had this site, Facebook or Google as my home page at some point.

    Google.

And the only picture my late fiancee and I ever had the chance to take together.

Home page: My hometown newspaper (Mansfield, Ohio, News Journal).
Wallpaper: Some stylized hardwood-looking creation by some Macintosh fanatic. Looks like an old basketball court with an Apple logo routered into it.

    Yes, I'm a geek.

    Home screen: iGoogle/SJ/Facebook tabs
Desktop: whatever the default is, with clock, CPU usage, traffic and Xbox avatar gadgets on the right edge
