Look on the bright side, Bub.
Pretty soon they're going to clone Jesus, so things are looking.

An unexamined life is not worth living.

Alternatively, sometimes you need to pick the corn out of your shit.

See? Where else could I be privy to a public PM meeting between BYH and sportschick?

Some times, when all the fighting is getting me down, I log onto SportsJournalists.com and sing 'Peace Train.'

I tend to spend more time on SportsJournalists.com on rainy days and Mondays.

I prefer Ocean's Put Your Hand In The Hand because it has a good beat and I can dance to it, but Peace Train works too.

Since I work at home now, I've turned this place into my surrogate newsroom.
I don't really have any co-workers, just faceless voices on the occasional conference call.
So in a sense I've co-opted the regular posters as people I kinda, sorta know. I wonder what it would be like to hang with some or debate trivia with others.
It's very odd, but a post from someone like Shotglass that says he thinks I'm smart, means more to me now than getting an attaboy from my boss.
In this modern world, I guess this is the way life is trending. Someone is going to have to think of a word to describe it. I'm not smart enough.
