    For those of you in Kroger-land, Kroger's paired up with Iwirelesshome.com with a pretty good plan. You get entry-level Android phones for around $50 -- no contract, of course -- and you can get a 200-minute (unlimited text), 200MB monthly deal with tax, etc. for around $29. If you have a Kroger loyalty card, you can set things up to get credit to your phone account for buying your groceries at Kroger. I have a three-line plan than gives me 2,000 minutes and 1 GB of data that runs, with taxes, etc., $116 a month, but I get a few bucks a month knocked off that because we do most of our grocery shopping there.
