What's the best movie you saw this decade?

    Superbad or the Hangover. Surely not epic like the Star Wars movies, or Back to the Future, but both were good in their own way.

    If we have to single out funny movies because they are clearly a different cut of film, I must say 8 mile or Gran Torino. But then I'm being biased because they were filmed in Michigan.

    Maybe Fight Club?

    Fight Club was actually made in 1999, but if you only saw it this decade, then I reckon it counts.

    I don't see many movies, so I haven't seen most of what's out there, but for me it was Slumdog Millionaire, by a considerable distance. I haven't watched it a second time yet, just because of the investment of time and emotion that I know it would require.

    Gone Baby Gone was incredible.

    Changeling would be up there for me.

    There will be Blood would be up there.

    Dark Knight.

    First movies that popped into my head were Almost Famous, United 93, Memento, Gladiator and The Hangover :D

    Edit: Oh yeah, the Bourne Trilogy, too
