    To answer the thread question, I'm working as well. Luckily, someone else in the dept. threw me an invite to grab some grub before my baseball game (which now has almost no drama ... it would've until they hit the skids the last couple of days).

    Like Chi, my Fourth of July is being applied to some off time next week. Something about some gig in Toronto. ;)

    Any tips? I know buffalo has quite a bit less fat than beef, so I assume that's a trick to keeping them from drying out quickly.
