What's happened to McDonald's fries?

I want to give a shout out to Nathans fries

 

Aren't Arby's curly? If so, they might be just like the ones at A&W.

 

If one is at Arby's and had any kind of fries over the potato cakes, said person should be checked into an asylum.

As for fries? McDonald's have fallen off, Burger King's have been terrible for at least a decade, and I think Arby's are overrated. Wendy's just don't do it for me either.

BYH is dead on about the suckitude of White Castle, however, their fries are actually pretty good.

I can't believe the topic of sucky fries has come up without mention of Steak and Shake. Those aphid dicks they sell cannot be potatoes. Fucking Andy Capp (that wife-beating drunk) makes better fries than Steak & Shake.

 

Ditto. I abhor White Castle.

Last visit, my wife and a couple we were with sat like pigs in shit, shoveling God-awful processed meat in their holes as I happily munched a turkey sub from Subway, which I had smuggled into the grease pit.

 

No. They ask you which kind you want -- curly or hetero.

 

Why ya gotta be that way, Bubs? OK, so it's true, but still...

 

I like Arby's curly fries OK. I miss their potato cakes, though.

Nothing in the widely available fast food division beats Wendy's when they are fresh and hot out of the cooker.

A place like Five Guys or East Coast Subs, with boardwalk-style fries in a cup, puts all others to shame.

 

I figured after five years you were immune.
