Nah. The King isn't a morning person. He doesn't do breakfast well.

They say eating breakfast during the day helps you consume fewer calories. I tend to not believe this. If I wake up and eat breakfast at 8 am, when I'm generally not hungry, I will still be hungry at 12 or 1 p.m. when it is time for lunch. Or I can just not eat, and have lunch at the same time. I dunno. It's hard to convince me breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

 

Special K cereal and a Weight Watchers bagel. BBAM, damn you for living in an area with DD. They need to make their way to CA.

I'm the opposite. On the days when I eat breakfast at, say, 8 a.m., I usually don't get hungry until about 4 or 5 p.m. When I don't eat breakfast, I'm hungry by 1 p.m.

 

An exception to the rule ... trying to join the coffee-kraz.
