Another perk of getting out of the biz:

I'm watching the game with my Dad for the first time in 10 years. Me and the ol' man on the couch watching the Super Bowl. It's going to be nice.

If HC drops by, tell her we'll be watching it at The Goose. :)

I'll camp out in front of my television and send my best friend text messages making fun of the Giants if they're losing. I'll probably order Chinese food, too. It'll be one hell of a shindig.

So, basically, like any other Sunday.

Finding some place in Mobile to watch after the day's Carnival parades.

Using no foresight, my parents decided to get married on Feb. 3 40 years ago. Why they couldn't have looked at a perpetual calendar and realized that the Super Bowl would eventually be played on that date, I don't know.

But we will be having a big anniversary bash for my parents, and then watching the game.

nope. Poindexter's clearly way too old for their liking.

Working at the home office for a while; have to see if I'm able to head to Ms. Slappy's brother's or not. When they lived 5 minutes from here it was fine; now it's 35.
