    Doesn't Elgin Baylor also fit this mode?

    Same goes for the Bucks.

    Maybe the all-timer in this category was Dennis Awtrey. He loved to beat on Kareem when Kareem was with the Bucks. Led to some memorable brawls between the Bucks and Bulls.
