    Thanks for your replies, including your Frank (you should be first team all SJ.Cdcom but that's another issue). Talked with him this morning and apparently, another option may be developing that would make Mississippi moot. The gig would take him out of the business, but he won't be below the gnat line. Right now, money is more important than the dying business and I kind of agree with him.
