I actually think it is a pancake, one with perhaps a bit too much oil in the batter. It's not an IHOP or McDonalds pancake, more like a homemade one. And it has some sort of fruit in it.

 

That is a cookie.

The kind you slice off the roll of dough, but there's just a little left at the end and you just want to eat it, but you just read an article about some lady who ate the dough and died of salmonella. So you baked the little scrap, and it was too weird looking to eat after all that, so you gave it to the guinea pig to wear as a hat.

Definitely a cookie.

 

It's a pancake made with way too much grease/butter on the fryer. I've made them myself. That's too thin to be a cookie.
