You missed the part where I said the shooting wasn't warranted, didn't you.

Dang, there's a serious sarcarm font detection deficiency problem on this thread.

Zeke, I'm sorry if I confused you with Trounced or Bobblehead.

That, btw, is a good article and it looks like a classic, "he said, she said" situation.

Even if the agents are guilty, 20 years is a tad much.

I agree. Doubt they will see that, though.

Remember the story last week about the tendon Carson Palmer received from a female cadaver? The woman had been in her car on a Houston highway, when she was slammed and killed by a drunk driving going 117 mph and blowing a .234.

That person got a five year prison sentence.

How do we know the drug smuggler didn't have a gun? Honestly, I'm supposed to take the word of a man driving a van with 800 pounds of weed? Fuck that guy, I'm not going to feel sorry for someone crossing the border illegally to distribute drugs if he gets shot in the ass. BTW, the fact that this thug's associates are threatening the guard's family now has the FBI protecting the soon to be imprisoned guard's home.

I wonder if the feds think the guards were trying to kill the guy and hijack the van filled with weed.

Well considering one of the guards went from being a finalist for Border Guard of the Year to facing 20 years behind bars, I doubt that was the case.

800 pounds of weed? Who was the driver? Nate Newton?
