What should I be doing with my frozen halibut, seriously

My roomate has an icebox full of vacuum-sealed halibut pieces. The chunks range in size from 4-12 oz.

She just gave me the OK to consume them. All of them. Any suggestions?

    Thaw them and cook them.

Hold it in your armpit until it gets soft.
    Like hard tack.

That might be the funniest thread title ever.

Anyway, was the fish won on the game show Wheel of Fish?

  6. Thaw in water.
Sprinkle liberally with lemon pepper and cook at 450 for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.

You should take it to obedience school, and teach it some tricks.
Frozen halibut is very intelligent and high energy. If you leave it around the house without exercise and fail to keep it engaged, it will get into trouble - chewing furniture, etc.

Pan sautee it using a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, finely chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh garlic and a splash of white wine.

You can either eat them or fuck them, but I wouldn't do both to the same piece.

Or at least not at the same time. Learned that one the hard way.

Thanks for the tips and the laughs.
