    Also, I believe I heard the opinion that sports is generally kept in the sports section.

    Not in the newspapers I read. They're all bringing sports onto A1 on a more constant basis.

    No, no.

    I said that celebrity news doesn't get A1 in newspapers very often the way it does on Web sites and television.

    I said that some absolutists don't even think sports should get A1 - the implication being that sports does get A1.
