What about little Brittany? Does no one care about her?

    Work your way up.

Shelling out 5 grand for your kid's athletic advancement may or may not be crazy.

Shelling out 5 grand in South Dakota for a baseball team - that has never played - for nine years olds - is beyond asinine.

That's right, make them walk. It will toughen 'em up.

I agree, but at the same time, kids have to have days on the calendar that are blank. Play, goof off, etc., without having to be somewhere.

Just guessing, but if you've got a pending lawsuit in court, it's probably not the best idea to run to a public message board to tell your side of the story.

I would question any parent's judgment if they allowed their nine-year-old to play on a team with kids as old as 18.

You are talking about high school seniors playing against fourth and fifth graders. How would any nine-year-old, if they actually got any playing time, fare against kids twice their age? Not well, I would think.

Right there should have been a red flag for the parents.

clothing for travel (uniformity amongst the players)..

God forbid a nine year-old from South Dakota travel to a make-believe baseball tournament and get off the plane in different clothes than the catcher.

You are a dunce, mom. Plain and simple. And so is your military police husband. A couple of star-struck, idiotic parents with not a shred of common sense on you.
