This is what I saw on Wiki:

On March 30, 2011, it was reported that Jennifer Royle, a Baltimore sports reporter for WJZ-FM (105.7) filed a $800,000 defamation suit against Aparicio and two WNST hosts, Glenn Clark and Drew Forrester.[10] Royle, who also worked for MASN, claims that Aparicio and the WNST hosts hurt her reputation with damaging statements about her professional and personal life.[10]Aparicio's lawyer said the accusations are "baseless", and Aparicio denied wrongdoing in a blog entry.[11] Royle later dropped the lawsuit.[12]

Anyway, was just having fun with the autocorrect of his name. Carry on

I still think my favorite sports name spellcheck suggestion/autocorrect is Tuberville, which comes out as "Tubercular."

There are a lot of Ole Miss fans who wish he would catch tuberculosis. They have never forgiven him (nor should they) for lying about going to Auburn.

It must have taken me 3 minutes to get it to allow me to write the word id.

Nestor Aparicio is a piece of ... work.

All I gotta say, other than I'm surprised anyone was listening to his station to catch the alleged slander in the first place.

As a DMV resident, I always enjoyed that RGIII corrected to "rigidity" and Flacco was, obviously, "flaccid."

Auto correct on my phone simply will not allow me to type the last name of Anaheim Ducks right wing Jakob Silfverberg.

That the Nestor Aparicio case comes up in a thread about "reporters" boning Red Sox players/staffers is next level stuff.
