My conspiracy theory of the day, which no one is talking about, is that Herman Cain has no desire to be president. But he thought that running for president could help him sell pizzas. The presidential campaign was a scheme to start a new 9-9-9 marketing campaign. As in, two pizzas for, "$9.99!"

After he is out, he is going to go back to Godfather Pizza, orchestrate a merger with Pizza Hut, and then we are going to be blanketed with ads with him pitching "two pizzas for. ...9-9-9!"

And he's going to sell a ton of pizzas, because everyone will know "9-9-9."

Yeah, but after the nine percent national sales tax on top of the already existing state and local sales taxes, the pizza is going to be $14.99 ;D

My conspiracy is that he hasn't sold pizzas in years and has been instead hawking books and giving motivational speeches and that his entire presidential campaign is a promotional tool for selling more books and getting higher fees for motivational speeches. Call me crazy...
