    Yep. Get used to it pretty quickly. Only have to take it off to charge it every 5 days or so.

    And it monitors your sleep. Plus, it is very, very hard to lose or break. You just cannot submerge it in water. You shower with it, work with it and pretty much everything else.

    And the app and homepage lets you chart your steps against Facebook friends who have it as well.

    It can tell how many times you wake up during the night and for how long.

    Or restlessness. If you move around a lot. It is pretty darn cool and it tracks the hours you sleep.
