    And if you add shredded cheese, any mac and cheese is fine.

    Nope, nope, nope!

    When Little Man and I make Kraft Mac & Cheese, we use all the powdered cheese in the package, then used a bit more from a second package I specifically pulled from another box (which I then trashed). Wasteful? Maybe, but they're only 70 cents a box.

    Hookers. Saving money by going with skankier hookers is just going to cause more problems in the long run.

    When 25 cents a box can work as well as 70 cents a box...it's a niggling little thing, but one of those minor ways you make yourself feel thrifty.

    And PDB, in tough times...

    Can't afford the name brand milk I'd like the most...Borden. No, where I never skimp is in the QUANTITY of milk I buy.

    Kraft Mac and Cheese -- good call.
    Bologna is the same way; Stupid stores down here don't carry Eckrich so I'll have Oscar Mayer. But nothing else.
