What do you do on your day's off?

Absolutely nothing. Sometimes chores, but otherwise nothing.

 

Sleep, hang out with the boy toy, go to movies, shop, sleep, watch CSI: Miami reruns, shop some more

 

Sleep 'till noon if possible.

When wife gets home, go to the movies or go out to eat at least one of the nights.

Veg out the other.

 

The same things I did the last time we had this thread: Design, come up with bad pun headlines, and go out and buy newspapers just based on the way the cover looks. I often have to fight with my fellow consumers to get the best-looking ones since 99.99 percent of the reading public uses those same criteria.

 

And then he pleasures himself while looking at tombstone headlines...

 

Do we have an SportsJournalists.com award for Most Likely to Go Postal?

 

I've got tomorrow off and I plan on sleeping til noon. Then I'll do whatever my parents need me to do around the house before picking my younger sisters up from school.

After that? Who knows?

 

Work at my other job. :

If I'm not doing that I'll go to the chiropractor, take a nap or clean.

And play Tiger Woods. Lots of Tiger Woods.

 

DP goes on strike for improved font suitcases at his newspaper.

 

That varies.
Sleep in, for one thing.
If it's a day off that overlaps with the fiance, we plan to do something (movie, shopping, dinner, etc.)
Go out on the bike.
Tidy up around the house.
Run errands.
Read.
Or, like today, do absolutely nothing but watch football and do laundry.

Well, I play baseball, meet my girlfiend for lunch, play poker with the guys, meet my girlfriend for coffee, play poker with the guys, watch the team I cover on TV from home wearing a t-shirt bearing their name, play poker with the guys, pine over other men in the press box, go trolling for the opposite sex with the guys ... oh yeah, play poker with the guys.
