Meat. No flesh of any animal.
And I got a whole long list of alms to take care of in the next 30-something days.
    Yippee.

So, what do you expect as a reward in the afterlife?

    71 more?

So how'd everyone do? I successfully stayed off sportsjournalists.com. I tried to stay completely internet free (aside from work), but I couldnt' do it.

I also gave up sweets (baked goods). That wasn't that hard.

    How about everyone else?

I'm Orthodox, we celebrate Easter after passover. I gotta week left. Damn.

Tried to give up sweets, and failed miserably. But I did manage to stop drinking pop throughout Lent, and I still haven't had any. I'd rather eat my calories.

Also tried to give up swearing, and had some #$%&@! slip ups at work.

Then, for the last week of Lent, we universal deskers set up a cuss-word jar. It's 5 cents per naughty word, and since we're stuck using that crappy AP Exchange every night, the jar's filling up quickly. We'll use the money for ice cream once we get enough.
